Super-Close to public transport and easy to walk. The receptionist on the day we came was so cute and helpful. He invited us the breakfast on the next day, which made us surprised, even though it’s a small breakfast but enough for starting a day. He also helped us to check the schedule to the place we wanted to go. The room was enough for us. The weather was cool, so we didn’t need the air conditioner even though the hotel sent us notifications about it. We had a good time there.

We were impressed by the reception of the hotel staff, who provided us with all the necessary services, along with the tourist guides for us. Hotel with an excellent location. All transportation is 50 meters away. Various restaurants

We didn't have breakfast in hotel. Location was great walking is possible to every part of Milan. Location is safe so don't worry about it just walk and lost in beautiful streets of milan. Especially staff was great find Mino at the reception he can solve everything. Next time I can stay again in Hotel Poma. Thanks for your hospitality.

An excellent hotel for the price, close to major transportation stations, and most importantly, a fantastic staff. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Location is good enough, 45 min walk to the center, works for people who like walking a lot, like us. Friendly staff at the reception, nice family room with air conditioner which is very important when it's 40 degrees outside.

Room was very nice (air conditioned), quiet area, 20 minutes walk to the center (almost straight line) or around 15 with tram, many places around where locals eat and drink. Very friendly staff

my second stay here, smooth stay, perfect for visiting Milan, quiet area for leisure, no noise from other places around. next to several coffee shops, store and pretty close to metro and bus stations, which made the stay even smoother. the staff was welcoming, warm, available all day till late night, the room was pretty good clean, ordered, warm water comes really fast.

There is aircondition available which was essential on this hot July. In general the room was clean, towels available, nice neighbourhood. The receptionist was very kind, cheerful and helpful, helped us book a taxi ride for an early flight. Thanks Mino! :)

Friendly staff. Loved the huge mirror in the room. Also because we had to check out around 4:30 am due to our morning flight , there was no one at reception. We made use of the emergency number to return the room key in another way and they were fine with it :)
